How long does the entire process take?
The timeline varies depending on the scope of the project. A typical full home interior project takes 2-3 months from consultation to handover. Smaller projects like a single room can be completed in 4-6 weeks.
Do I need to vacate my home during the renovation?
It depends on the extent of the work. For full home renovations, we recommend temporary relocation for comfort and safety. For partial renovations, we can work around your schedule to minimize disruption.
How involved do I need to be in the process?
As much or as little as you'd like. Some clients prefer to be involved in every decision, while others trust us to handle everything after the initial consultation. We adapt to your preference.
Can I make changes to the design once the work has started?
Minor changes can be accommodated, but significant changes after execution has begun may impact the timeline and budget. We recommend finalizing the design before execution begins.
Do you provide warranty for your work?
Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty on all our workmanship and installations. Additionally, all products and materials come with their respective manufacturer warranties.
How do payments work?
We typically work with a milestone-based payment structure: 30% advance at the time of booking, 40% before execution begins, and the remaining 30% upon completion.
Can you work with my existing furniture?
We can incorporate your existing pieces into the new design. We'll assess their condition and suggest refurbishment if needed to match the new aesthetic.
Do you handle all necessary permits and approvals?
Yes, we handle all required permits and approvals from housing societies or local authorities to ensure the renovation process is smooth and compliant with regulations.
